Reviews

Food / Restaurant's: The food by and large was very good, lot's of buffet type food. We liked Giuseppe's (buffet) for informal breakfast and dinners. Arizona's, Kimono's, and Schooner's were also very good. There is also a great little coffee shop in the French Village where you can get cappuccino's, latte's, snacks, etc., and a little pizza hut that made personal sized pizza's which were good for a light meal. Drinks were all top shelf (Dewar's, Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray, Ketel One, Absolut) however the daiquiris seemed a bit weak. Wines were exclusively Beringer which was pretty good. You can pay for other types of wine. We did not like Bobby D's, the restaurant was a little run down and so was the food.

Food - We don't love the food at this resort, but it is certainly edible. We did not dine at the adults only restaurants, so I cannot comment on those. Schooners was our favorite restaurant and the food and service there were always very good. The food at Arizona’s is blander than I would like and the service can be hit or miss, but certainly not atrocious as others have commented. Bobby Dee's does a good job for lunch and packages it nicely to go. The service can be slow, however. The Pizzeria has fast service and we liked the pizza there. Reflections does a nice job with the breakfast buffet and there was always a seat and plenty of fruit and fresh squeezed OJ. My daughter enjoyed the eggs made to order. We tended to use the Iguana's pool bar - very good service (quick and creative) from all bartenders there. Never a long wait and always a smile.
